Of those who researched something new because of a piece of thought leadership say that it made them realize their organization was missing out on a significant business opportunity

Bio

I advise leaders in cybersecurity, AI, and national security on how to communicate clearly, credibly, and at scale. I’m often brought in during high-stakes moments - advocacy campaigns, announcements, preparation for critical industry conversations, or when visibility impacts funding or policy.

Through my firm, Persona Media, I work with executives and organizations like SANS Institute, the Center for Internet Security, to shape messaging that drives trust, influence, and strategic outcomes.

My team and I embed as thought leadership partners, working alongside comms, PR, and marketing teams - ghostwriting, producing video and social content, and advising on where and how to show up.

My background blends government, philanthropy, and executive communications, giving me a systems-level lens on how influence works across sectors. I also bring a strong sense of service to this work - whether advising quietly, writing behind the scenes, or offering media support to help scale insight and impact.

I teach weekly, speak often, and host the How to Thought Leadership podcast. My first book, due in 2026, is a field guide for experts ready to lead in an AI-first world. I’m based in Dallas, where I live with my YouTuber husband and two daughters, and remain deeply committed to shaping public understanding through smart, human-centered communication.

You’re the evangelist - go out and talk to people!

You need better, more prominent content.

We don’t have the time or resources to do this well.

Getting the executives to up their game and promote this is unlikely.

We’ve seen it all. We know how to get the genius out of your team and help them thrive (or at least survive) the spotlight. Our tips and tricks will make this a no-brainer.
